We're getting ready for yet another busy year, sometimes I don't know how Michael keeps up with it all.  We had a lovely visit with him at the BBC studios on Sunday when we sat down and had a good chat about everything and what's coming up this year.  He seemed to be in very good spirits and is really looking forward to the launch of his new album, Heroes.  Michael says it's the best he's ever done and he's very excited about going out to promote it.  I reckon we'll be seeing quite a lot of him on our screens over the next few weeks.

Then there's the tour, followed by Sweeney Todd - what a great variety of things we will get to see and hear about this year.  It's going to be a bit of a balancing act between doing all this and my box office job, but it shouldn't cause too many problems, as long as I remember where I'm supposed to be on any given day.  Talking of which, Colchester Operatic recently performed a 10 day season of Sweeney Todd at the Mercury Theatre and I have to say it was very very good, and put me in the mood for seeing how Michael will interpret the role later this year.

I think it will be time for bed soon, just got a few more jobs to do and I'll be off for some zzzzzzzzzzz's.
